I’m on a diet but I was craving hot pot flavors.. I used what I had around and made this soup. It’s really good and low in calories! you can add extras too (carrots, tofu, egg, etc.) I think tofu would be a great addition and make it heartier.

Ingredients

  1. 1 boxChicken Stock
  2. 2 packetsInstant Miso
  3. 1-2 tbspGochujang
  4. 1 tspMirin
  5. 1 tbspLow-Sodium Soy Sauce
  6. PinchSalt
  7. to tasteGround Pepper
  8. 1 cloveCrushed Garlic
  9. 1Napa Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring chicken stock to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add miso packets and mix to dissolve.

  3. 3

    Turn down to a simmer and add ingredients.

  4. 4

    Let simmer for about 5-10 min or so and it’s done!
