For making mini bondas grind all the ingredients together and keep it aside for 2-3 hours.

Make small / mini bondas out of the batter and deep fry them.

Roast the horse gram for 5 minutes. Add toor dal and mix them in a pressure cooker. add some turmeric powder and salt. add some water. boil them until 5 whistles have been shown.

Boil all the veggies and mix them with the dals.

Heat a pan. add some oil. when oil is hot, put some mustard seeds, hing, red chilli, curry leaves, tamarind paste and sambar powder. saute it and then add the boiled dal and veggies. boil it for sometime

Take a bowl and pour the sambar into it. then add the fried mini bondas.
