  1. 250 gmsRaw mango -
  2. 250 gmsSugar -
  3. 1 pinchAsafoetida/hing -
  4. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
  5. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder -
  6. 1/4 tspBlack salt -

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the skin of the mango and grate it.

    Add sugar and mix well

  3. 3

    Stir continuously until sugar melt it and mix in the mango.

  4. 4

    Add asafoetida,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and black salt and mix well.

  5. 5

    Heat pan and add this mango chutney and cook in a low flame till thick.

    Don`t over cook

  7. 7

    A finger licking chutney is ready to eat
