Cooking Instructions

Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper into one single mix.

Melt butter, at medium heat, in a skillet of your choosing.

Once the butter is melted, add the egg mixture into the skillet.

Use a spatula to gently scrape the bottom of the skillet, until all contents have been cooked. You want there to still be a VERY small amount of liquid on the eggs still.

Key is to whisk 90% of the time and to makse sure the pot doesn't get to hot to make really airy and creamy (without cream!) scrambled eggs. Definitely not as fast as scrambling eggs the traditional way, but truly decadent results! fjaeckel -
