Quick and Delicious Butter Shrimp

This butter shrimp is one of my husband's favorite dishes :) He's been a big fan of shrimp since he was a kid, especially fried ones. Personally, I prefer plain boiled shrimp... haha. This recipe is super easy, anyone can make it. The ingredients are simple and likely already at home. Oh, and this is a family recipe... it's all about personal taste. If you like it tangy, just add more tomato sauce. If you like it sweet, add more soy sauce. This recipe is flexible! Don't forget to choose fresh shrimp. I usually pick them myself at the market because if the seller picks them, they sometimes mix them up. A little fishy smell on your hands is okay, just wash them instead of having a fishy dish. Let's get to the recipe!

I wanted to use up lots of sweet shrimp, so I thought this recipe.Make sure not to add sauce when you wrap these. The sauce already on the shrimp will be enough.Otherwise, the wrappers might come apart when you cook them!Use just a bit of the filling when you wrap these up!That makes them easier to wrap, and you can make lots of them. Delicious! Margarine Rice Delicious! Margarine Rice
Mix margarine and soy sauce... This is Peko's favorite way to eat it (^_^)v. If you like it, you'll really like it. It became a hot topic on May 28, 2008. Thank you to everyone who made it ❀The origin of this recipeI always ate this at home as if it were the norm. We always had margarine instead of butter at home, and it's unclear who started it. Peko can eat it just fine without any side dishes (*^_^*). Detailed comments about margarine rice are written in the Rice Diary (October 13, 2006), so please read it if you're interested. 腹ペコ助Translated from Cookpad Japan -

Spring vegetables are tender and sweet, so I like to steam them.If it looks like it's going to burn, add a bit of water. The ginger softens the strong flavor of the sakura shrimp. Adjust the amount of ginger to taste. You can enjoy the natural sweetness of spring cabbage without adding sugar. If you like sweet tastes, add a little sugar. For 2 servings. Kids Will Eat it All! Mayonnaise Shrimp for Bento or Dinner Kids Will Eat it All! Mayonnaise Shrimp for Bento or Dinner
Kids love mayonnaise shrimp. The recipe I used from a book was a bit heavy, so I added vinegar for a lighter version. It takes some work, but if you devein the shrimp it reduces the smell. This is sweet because I made it for kids, but for adults you can reduce the sweetness and increase the soy sauce and oyster sauce. In Step 5 be sure to put the shrimp in the bowl. If you put the flavoring ingredients in the frying pan, it'll cause separation. Recipe by Penpen mama cookpad.japan -

This is the Ultimate Chili Shrimp This is the Ultimate Chili Shrimp
My boyfriend was taught this recipe by a friend and I adjusted it a bit.Even I was suprised when I first made this recipe! The shrimp is already coated in katakuriko potato starch, so when you add the shrimp you definitely should not stir them. If you stir them, the sauce will harden before they are cooked through, making them more difficult to cook. Cooking over medium heat is also an important point! Please adjust the amount of doubanjiang spicy bean paste for spiciness. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Tankoro cookpad.japan -

Shrimp en Papillote with Mushroom Sauce Shrimp en Papillote with Mushroom Sauce
I wanted to use a duxelle-type sauce in a paper-packet cooked dish. The butter tends to burn easily, so adjust the heat while you are sautéeing the ingredients.Close up the edges of the paper packet securely since some water will come out of the ingredients while they cook.I butterflied the shrimp, but you can chop them up roughly instead, whatever you like.
