Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cuppowderd milk
  3. 2eggs
  4. 2 tspbaking powder
  5. Dashsalt
  6. 130 gbutter
  7. 160 gsugar
  8. 2 tbslemon juice
  9. 1 tbslemon zest
  10. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour and baking powder into a bowl, add the salt and lemon zest. Set aside

    Beat your eggs, set aside. Mix the milk with the water, add the lemon juice, mix and set aside.

    Cream your butter and sugar till light and bright, add a little of the egg, mix then a little milk then little flour, mix well then do the routine again till its all mixed.

    Cream your pan with butter and flour, pour in the batter. Put in the oven for 200 degrees for 40mins.

    Your cake is ready.
