Ingredients

  1. 500 gFlour
  2. 500 gButter
  3. 350 gSugar
  4. Eggs 14(8egg white,6 normal)
  5. Flavours (vanilla,butterscotch,strawberry)
  6. 1 tspLemon zest
  7. 2 tspLemon juice
  8. Baking powder(a pinch)
  9. 1/4 tspSalt
  10. 100 gFruit

Cooking Instructions

    Cream butter and sugar till fluffy,whisk egg white lightly,fold in to creamed butter mixture gradually,whisk whole eggs with Flavour,fold in gradually to mixture,add lemon juice,mix well

    Milk is optional in all cakes,if it should be added,it must be with wet ingredients before adding flour.add sest last, mix well till smooth,Allow to rest for 15mins.

    Grease pan with butter or vegetable oil and preheat oven for 15mins.pour batter into greased pan,it should not be too full.Bake in medium heat.Note:when the aroma of the cake starts smelling,check it with tooth pick or skewer,insert it,if it comes out clean,its ready to eat.oven should never be opened until the smell is perceived.
