  2. 1 bowlTomato chopped
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Red chilli as per taste
  5. 1 tspOnion seeds
  6. 1 pinchAsefotida

    Take a pan add oil heat it put onionseeds and asefotida

    Now put baingan and tomato..along with spices

  3. 3

    Mix and cook for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Serve with roti
