Ingredients

  1. 6of Any potatoes cut in rounds
  2. 1 tablespoonsalt, pepper, or anything of your liking
  3. 2 cupsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the potatoes into rounds peel or no peel make them about I would say an inch in size. Place into a pan on the stove and add to 2 cups of oil.

    Wait for the potatoes to get soft but not to soft you don't want mash potatoes. You want it to be just soft enough to where they're still in rounds but not mashed. That take about 45 min. So half way add the salt and what ever ingredients

    Ta Dow!!!! It's great if you add a little bit of meat up in there or some chicken or something to give a little bit of a feeling but by itself is great put some ketchup on their or some ranch and you got yourself a full package great filling meal
