Prepare ingredients, chopped onion, garlic, slice mushrooms, cut beef into small chunks.

Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a medium pot, add onions, garlic, and mushrooms, and cover. Mushrooms will release their juice, at this point add paste stir, add beef and garlic, salt and pepper. Cover again and lower the heat. Cook about 30 minutes.
