Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef-cut into small pieces
  2. 1tomato- washed and cut into pieces
  3. 2large onions-chopped separately
  4. Maize flour- enough
  5. 1/4cabbage- chopped
  6. 1carrot- grated
  7. Cooking oil
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil your meat till it's well cooked.

    Fry one onion with cooking oil till it's brown, add the meat cook for a little while then add the tomatoes and cover to cook.

    Once the tomatoes are well cooked,add salt to taste(and any other spice), mix well and let it dry for a few minutes.

    In a separate frying pan, fry the other onion and add the cabbages and carrots then mix well, add a little salt and let it cook till it's almost sticking on the pan.

    Boil enough water for ugali and make some.

    Serve when hot.
