This recipe its on the back of the olive garden crouton bag. I made this for my birthday party 🥳 because I was craving this salad. I food prep this with my snack box containers , so when it came time to set up its was easier everything was already done. I had some leftover what stayed in the containers for lunches .
Having a mini salad bar in my refrigerator now is my favorite thing , its so much easier when everything all in one place and saves room in my fridge.

For salad 🥗 on the go or a mini salad bar. Keeping a salad bar in the refrigerator for the week makes lunch time easier or just for snacking.

In a large salad seruing bowl, toss together the lettuce mix, onion slices, olives, pepperoncinis, tomatoes, and croutons. Add dressing and toss to combine. Top with some parmesan cheese
