This is what I go for when beef, fish or chicken isn't available... Comes out in its best form when added to okro soup 😋😋😋 my fav!
Cooking Instructions

Boil the snail to aid shell removal, use pestle or stone to crack the shell open. Remove the meat from the shell and wash with warm water and alum to remove the sliminess. Use a knife to cut out the eye of the snail and also remove the excreta. Wash finally with cold water and drain to remove excess water.

Boil the snail meat with little seasoning, drain off the water and then fry dry with veg oil.

Blend pepper and onion together (not smooth) fry with little veg oil, add some salt and seasoning. Pour in the salted snails and stir fry until the ingredients are combined.

Note: do not add water to this mixture...

Serve plain or along side any meal of your choice.
