A quick and jhatpat snacks goes well with strong tea
Cooking Instructions

Mix besan with all the masalas, onion green chillies and chopped coriander leaves adding little water to make a thick batter

Heat oil in a pan.

Drop small sized flat batter into the pan and let it fry until crisp and golden.
- 4
Serve with tea.
