Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 370 gBread Flour
  2. 30 gPlain flour (for kneading)
  3. 50 gSugar
  4. 1 teaspoonSalt
  5. 2 teaspoonDry yeast
  6. 140 mlWarm water and milk please adjust
  7. 50 gbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the bread flour into a wide bowl,add sugar,Dry yeast,salt and mix very well.

    Make a well at the centre of the bowl and pour in prepared scaled flour,gradually add the warm water/milk mix together untill you get a slightly sticky dough.let the dough sit for 10mins

    Transfer the dough to a floured slightly floured table.knead for 20minutes.knead the butter into the dough for 20mins it will be soft,smooth and stretchy dough.

    Form the dough into a ball,place in a greased bowl,cover and allow to be doubled in size.

    After 1hour,punched down on the risen dough and transfer to the work surface.divide the dough into four small balls.cover and set aside to rise for another 1hour,grease the pan.

    Preheat oven for 5mins,brush the risen bread with egg wash(egg yolk,2 teaspoon water)orelted butter.

    Bake for 30minutes or till when done.
