Microwave Proved Quick & Easy Bread Rolls

I ran out of bread but didn't want to go and buy some... so I decided to make use of my oven while it was preheating.
I wanted to make some fluffy and delicious bread for breakfast and ended up with this recipe.

If you can't leave the bread in the oven while preheating it, take it out, keep it covered with a damp cloth so that it doesn't dry out, and place it on top of the oven.
When the oven has preheated, proceed to put the bread back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Recipe by Kopo*chimi

  4. 4

Turn the dough out onto a dusted surface, divide it into equal portions, and shape them into any shape you like. Place a damp cloth or something similar over the top and put the bread back in the microwave for a further 40 seconds (200 W).

I want to make this recipe. But I am in America and don't understand grams. Can you give it to me in American measurements? It sounds very easy. And I was looking for an easy recipe for rolls that didn't take forever. Also, when you say bread flour, do you mean self rising?
