Simple Hand-Kneaded Bread (proved in the fridge)

I got sick and tired of washing my food processor, and figured there had to be an easier way to make the dough fromMy family has a generic electric oven. I got lots of happy reports from people who made my"Freshly Baked in 20 Minutes from the Time You Wake Up! Breakfast Rolls", so I think it should be fine in the cheapest oven without preheating. Feel free to adjust they baking time and temperature to suit your needs. Recipe by Tomutomu

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the cake flour and 50 ml hot water together in a bowl, and stir with a spatula until the mixture is no longer floury.
- 2
Mix the remaining 50 ml hot water and milk together in a measuring cup, and soak the dry yeast in it.
- 3
Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl from Step 1, stir in Step 2, and then knead it together by hand after the dough starts to come together. There is no need to strike the dough on the surface, you can completely knead it in the bowl!
- 4
Once the butter is blended throughout the dough, that's a good indication that you can stop kneading.
- 5
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let it sit for 10 minutes at room temperature. It doesn't have to be particularly warm.
- 6
Divide the dough, and shape it however you like. It is easier to move the dough after shaping it if you place it on a lightly-greased pan or sheet of parchment paper.
- 7
Place the bread into a plastic storage container and let the bread prove in the fridge overnight. Refer toif you are going to put them in the fridge inside the pan.

Take it out the fridge in the morning and pop it in the oven as it is. Set the oven to 200℃ without preheating, and switch it on! The bread will be ready in 20 minutes.

Easy Hand Kneaded Basic Sweet Bread Dough Easy Hand Kneaded Basic Sweet Bread Dough
A friend tipped me on the fact that bread is softer and more tasty using cake flour in the dough, so through a process of trial and error, adding 10 g at a time, I came up with this perfect ratio of ingredients.*Measure the ingredients precisely.*The proofing will not go well without enough moisture in the dough, so spray it with water if it is too dry.*I was also uneasy about the results at first, but the stickiness of the dough will eventually even out to a smooth dough. For those who don't have a bread machine, do your best without it. Hand Kneaded and Very Useful Standard Bread Hand Kneaded and Very Useful Standard Bread
I'm a generally lazy person ; so I wanted to have a single recipe for both sweet and savory breads. I can't use this recipe for breads with a hard crust, loaf bread, or any bread that has something kneaded into it, but this dough works for everything else. You can change the butter to shortening if you are making a savory bread. Try various varieties.Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. The bread tends to become hard if you bake it for too long. Bake quickly at 200~210℃ for at most 12 minutes to get bread that is crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and that stays tasty after time. Recipe by Recoty cookpad.japan -
