This is a japanese menu, basically udon with miso soup, but today i made it with various of mushroom. So fragrant and delicious.

Ingredients

20 minutes
2 persons
  1. 2 packudon
  2. 1/2carrot (sliced)
  3. 1/2onion (sliced)
  4. 1leek (bottom part)
  5. 1/2kamaboko taro (sliced)
  6. 1 packsilken egg tofu
  7. 4black mushroom
  8. Shimeji mushroon
  9. Enoki mushroom
  10. 2 tbspmirin
  11. 1 sachetdashi powder
  12. Stock

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil some stock, and dissolve miso paste, then boil the udon. When it's cooked, drain the udon, put it on a bowl.

    Still using the miso soup, boil kamaboko taro, silken egg tofu, all mushrooms, carrot, onion, and leek.

    When they're all cooked, pour it on the top of the udon.
