  2. Salt
  3. Ugu
  4. Waterleaves
  5. Cow tail meat
  6. Smoked fish
  7. Red pepper
  8. Crayfish
  9. Palmoil
  10. cubesKnorr

Cooking Instructions

    Boil cow tail meat

    Slice the waterleaves and ugu separately.

    Bleach palmoil,fry onion and waterleaves for 20mins

  4. 4

    Next is crayfish, pepper, salt, knorr cubes, smoked fish.

    After 5minutes cut both ends of periwrinkle wash and pour in.

  6. 6

    Stir and leave on the heat

  7. 7

    Set down immediately.

  8. 8

    Finally add the ugu and stir
