Ingredients

  1. I finger of ripe plantain
  2. I carrot
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 6Green beans
  5. 1onion
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. Seasoning
  9. Grilled chicken

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut Plantain,boil for about 10mins and set aside

  2. 2

    Dice the veggies and set aside

  3. 3

    Heat up a little vegetable oil in frying pan

  4. 4

    Add the diced Onion and tomatoes, fry for a few seconds

  5. 5

    Add other veggies, salt, seasoning and stir fry for about a minute.

  6. 6

    Dish and garnish with an already grilled chicken
