Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgndengu
  2. 1/4 kgrice
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomatoe
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Dhania(corriender)

Cooking Instructions

    Cook ndengu first till ready

  2. 2

    Cut onions into thin slices and fry them till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add tomato and cook for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Then add the cooked ndengu and salt to taste

  5. 5

    Add dhania and cook for 5 mins and set aside

  6. 6

    In another sufuria put water, 2 cups water, salt and cooking oil

  7. 7

    When is boiled add rice

  8. 8

    Cook till ready

  9. 9

    Serve with ndengu
