Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Tomatoe paste
  3. Onions
  4. leafBay
  5. Seasoning
  6. Oil
  7. Dry pepper
  8. Tattashe

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water and soak the rice wit hot water for 3 to 5 minutes and drain

  2. 2

    Put pot on fire add oil, tomatoes paste, dry pepper, bay leaf and fry

  3. 3

    If fry add seasoning and little water and pour the rice and reduce the heat and allow to cook slowly by adding water little by little till soft

  4. 4

    Meanwhile in another pan put a little oil slice onions and tattashe seasoning fry for a minute then add the fry cook beef after a minute amd off the fire

  5. 5

    Server and enjoy
