Ingredients

  1. Blending Okro
  2. Palm oil
  3. Dry fish
  4. Pepper
  5. Onion
  6. Cubesseasoning
  7. Spices including cinnamon
  8. Water
  9. Potash

Cooking Instructions

    Add small water in a pot, add blending Okro,small potash allow it to cook,then put it down,.

    Blend your pepper, onion

  3. 3

    Put palm oil in fire, add your blending pepper, onions, fish, cubes seasoning, spices allow it for some minutes

  4. 4

    Put the Okro, mix it very well, allow it to cook in a low hit, serve with sinasir, biski or tuwon(shinkafa,dawa,alkama,gero) etc
