Cooking Instructions

Parboil rice for 12 minutes,rinse and set aside.

Cut the onion,carrots,green pepper,red pepper,open the canned corn and drqin the wqter,cut the sausages and grate the ginger and garlic.

Fry the onion,ginger,garkic in a hot vegetable oil.then pour in the sachet tomato paste.stir very well and fry for 3minutes.

Pour in water enough for the cooking,allow it to boil very well.put the curry,salt,seasoning,thyme,maggi cubes and pour in the parboiled rice after 3minutes.

Turn with a spartula and cover to boil.taste after 12minutes is soft and the water is not much pour in the chopped vegetable and sausages.stir very well to mix up.

After 2minutes stir and turn off the heat
