Ok so basically I was craving for some toasted sandwich. Unfortunately for me, it turned out that my toaster had mysteriously disappeared. So I thought if I can't make a toasted sandwich then why not make a fried sandwich.

Ok so basically I was craving for some toasted sandwich. Unfortunately for me, it turned out that my toaster had mysteriously disappeared. So I thought if I can't make a toasted sandwich then why not make a fried sandwich.
Cooking Instructions

Dice the vegetables

Heat the oil on fire
- 3
Add the diced vegetables and minced into the oil and cook slowly

Add the salt and spices and cook for about 4 minutes

Spread enough butter on the slice bread
- 6
Pour the sauce on one of the slice bread
- 7
Cover it with the other slice bread

Break two eggs inside a bowl and whisk

Dip the bread inside the eggs then fry

After it is fried, cut it diagonally across.
