Ingredients

  1. 4small (2 large) avocados
  2. 1/2 cupdiced onions (1 small onion)
  3. 1 tsppressed garlic (2 large cloves)
  4. 1sliced medium tomato
  5. 1/2lime
  6. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut each avocado into 4 pieces. Peel them and place them into a bowl.

    Add salt and lime juice to the bowl, then mash.

  3. 3

    Add the onion, garlic and tomatoes, then mix with the fork.

  4. 4

    Cover the bowl with the plastic wrap touching the guacamole to prevent oxydation. Let sit for 24 hours for enhanced taste.
