Turkey or Chicken Soup made from leftover Roast Turkey or Chicken

Toasted Rice Flour
Though you can use store bought Mochiko flour as a very near approximation to this homemade version, toasted rice flour is relatively easy to make. This product is used often as a thickener in Thai cooking and brings a uniquely nutty flavor, along with it's textural contributions. Using the proper rice is essential here, so make sure you find specifically Thai sticky or glutinous rice.

So I created this recipe. The curry flavor changes the doria's flavor! So place the curry on top and cook for 5 minutes in a microwave! You can put Parmesan cheese and parsley on top if you'd like.My toaster-oven's cooking power is 1000W. Please adjust the cooking time based on your toaster-oven. You can make this with leftovers or with store-bought curry as well. For serving 2. Recipe by Ponie

Homemade Rice Flour from Polished Rice
When I noticed that you don't have to wash polished rice if you use it to make risotto, I tried to make some rice flour and it was really convenient. If you make a lot and store it, it's not a pain. The profile photo (under the katakuriko) shows some finely made rice flour.Rough flour makes for a good texture. If you're concerned, you can use wash-less rice or pre-wash and dry the rice completely before you make it into flour. Recipe by mini

Christmas Wreath Made From Bread
I used to make Christmas wreaths in a bread baking class. I used the recipe from that class and changed it so that it is easier to make.Since the dough can crease when you let it rest and when you are stretching out the strands, you should use a damp dish cloth to prevent it from drying out.If you change the length of the strands, the wreath's size and volume also changes. ・Longer batter -->Thin and large wreath ・Shorter batter --> Fat and small wreath For 1 wreath (2 small wreaths). Pancetta is so tasty. I want to use it, but it is very expensive! You can make it from a pork belly block, but it takes time, and it's difficult to thinly slice! With some resolve, it is possible to make something like pancetta using thinly sliced pork belly. It does not have the rich taste of fully cured pancetta, but is delicious enough for casual uses. This recipe is not designed for preservation, so try to use the pancetta within 3~4 days, or freeze it for later use. If you use thickly cut pork belly, make sure to sandwich it between two or more paper towels.Use herb salt, crazy salt, or your own choice of herbs. Recipe by Okanyan
