Curry Doria Made From Leftovers

This is something I always make the next day when we have curry the day before. My husband used to make this and I thought it was delicious. So I created this recipe.
The curry flavor changes the doria's flavor!
So place the curry on top and cook for 5 minutes in a microwave!
You can put Parmesan cheese and parsley on top if you'd like.
My toaster-oven's cooking power is 1000W. Please adjust the cooking time based on your toaster-oven.
You can make this with leftovers or with store-bought curry as well. For serving 2. Recipe by Ponie

Doria (Rice Gratin) with Curry Pilaf and White Sauce Doria (Rice Gratin) with Curry Pilaf and White Sauce
I like the combination of curry-flavoured pilaf and white sauce. I made curry pilaf earlier so I made this dish too. By adding tomatoes and broccoli, you can boost the nutrient content of the dish.During Step 3 as you add the milk, it will be a bit thick but will gradually thin out. Stir the sauce constantly over low heat and you won't get any lumps. Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use canned tomatoes. Just pop some into the middle of the sauce. For 2 servings. Curry Flavored Pork Rice Bowl with Leftover Mango Chutney Curry Flavored Pork Rice Bowl with Leftover Mango Chutney
I always have mango chutney left over after I make soup curry."I should use it up!" , I thought, and used it on the pork rice bowl that I normally make.... yet it was not quite as delicious as I had hoped. So I added some curry powder and it came out great. I guess the chutney doesn't really work without a curry flavor. If you dislike the bitterness of the spinach, cut the spinach into desirable lengths, soak in water for about 2 to 3 minutes, and drain really well. You may not notice the bitterness after this.
