  1. 12 piecesGarden egg
  2. 1 kgUgba
  3. 1big Stockfish
  4. Potash
  5. 1/4 teaspoondry black pepper
  6. 3cksp Palmoil
  7. Salt
  8. cubeMaggi

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cut the garden egg.boil the stockfish adding salt,onion,maggi cube boil for 20minutes.

    Rinse the ugba and set aside.make a paste with Palm oil and potash add salt,dry black pepper,sliced onion,maggi cube then pour in the ugba and turn using clean bare hands.

    Serve with the garden egg by the side.and enjoy.
