For a very long time now I haven't had this soup cause of school and lack of money 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂y'all know student life? One got to spend wisely "maka echi"(because of tomorrow) so I treated my self to this delicious and yummy soup. Can't come and kill myself because am a student.

Ingredients

dry
  1. Beef
  2. Fresh Titus fish
  3. Smoked fish
  4. Crayfish (grounded or pounded)
  5. Onion (optional)
  6. cubesSeasoning
  7. Dry pepper
  8. leafUziza
  9. Nsala spices
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Achi/yam for thickening

Cooking Instructions

    Steam your meat and fresh fish with onion(if you're usung) salt,seasoning cubes and pepper till tender.

  2. 2

    Add your smoked fish, crayfish, and water as you want. Then cover the pot to simmer for about three minutes and add your thickener and allow to cook for another one minute

  3. 3

    Then add your uziza leaf, stir together and your delicious nsala soup is ready

  4. 4

    Server hot with any swallow of your choice. Mine sure went down with semo
