Ingredients

  1. 1 packspaghetti
  2. Blended tomatoes, pepper be and onions
  3. Tomato paste
  4. Vegetables oil
  5. I teaspoon thyme and curry
  6. Green bean, sweet corn, carrot and kidney beans
  7. Beef stock
  8. cubesSalt and seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Parboiled the spaghetti, wash, drained out the water and set aside.

    Blend the tomatoes, onions, and peppers until smooth

  3. 3

    Put a pot on medium heat off fry the tomato sauceuntil the sauce is about half the amount, then add the tomato paste stirring at interval till when it has thickened significantly to look like a paste. This takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on how high the heat is.

    Once the sauce is reduced, pour in the stock, oil, thyme, curry powder, crayfish and seasoning cubes. Add salt

    Poured in the parboiled spaghetti. Cover the pot and allow to cook for 7minutes

    Add the washed and dices green beans, Sweet corn, kidney beans and diced carrots

  7. 7

    Allow to simmer for few minutes
