    Rub the butter in the middle of two sliced breads.

    Wash and cut the tomatoes,tatashe,atarugu and onion.Place your pan on fire,add a little oil,add the tomato,tatashe, atarugu, onion and sardine.Stir fry,add Curry salt and seasoning,whisk the eggs and add to the stir fried sauce,and stir to make egg sauce.

    Add the egg sauce in the middle of the bread and toast.
