Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcouscous
  2. 2 handfulbunch of parsley
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1cucumber
  5. 1large capsicum
  6. Onions
  7. 3lemon juice
  8. 3 tbspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Steam the couscous, wash and cut all veggies as desired, add to the couscous, add olive oil, add lemon juice, sprinkle some salt and serve.
