Kisir (bulgur wheat salad)

A very traditional Summer dish is Kisir. Every region in Turkey they make differently , some of them use dry onions , some of region doesn't boil bulgur, just soak, some of them use pomegranate juice. Mine is very different and very tasty . Turnip juice can be found in any international grocery store. I used " hot turnip juice" so I didn't need to use red pepper flakes . I also recommend you use corn,
