Ingredients

  1. Zobo
  2. Cucumber
  3. leavesMint
  4. Masoro
  5. Kanunfari
  6. Kimba
  7. Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the zobo and pour in a pot, add kanunfari, masoro, kimba, fresh ginger, mint leaves and sugar. Leave it to boil. Blend cucumber and pour into the zobo.

    Sieve the juice and add water as desired. Add sugar, sliced cucumber and mint leaves.

  3. 3

    Best served chilled.
