Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcouscous
  2. 1 tbspoil/melted butter
  3. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 1large carrot
  5. 1large onion
  6. 3 sticksgreen beans
  7. Spices
  8. Seasonings
  9. 1tomato
  10. 1boiled egg

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, add couscous, butter, spices, seasonings, onions and green beans, mix well and saute, add little boiled water and let it steam, add the carrots and cover to let cook

    Then add soy sauce and saute, let it steam for 3 more mins. Serve warm and garnish with potato and egg
