Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. 3 cupscouscous
  2. 4 1/2 cupswater
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. 3tomatoes
  5. 1pepper (or equivalent in hot peppers)
  6. 750 gfeta cheese
  7. 2lemons
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Bring the water to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add the couscous to the water. Stir so water covers all the couscous. Cover and remove from heat.

    Cut tomato and pepper(s) into small pieces.

  4. 4

    After 5-10 minutes, fluff couscous with a fork.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Squeeze lemon juice into couscous, then mix.

  7. 7

    Add tomatoes, peppers, and crumble feta cheese into the couscous.

  8. 8

    Mix well then serve.
