First of all u peel ur yam, and dice them into ur desired shape, after that u put ur oil on the fire, allow it to get hot, sprinkle ur salt to add taste to it, then u pour into the hot oil, u can allow to be crispy if u wish, after frying, u pour it into a colender to drive the oil...then u serve it in a plate..

Egg Sauce, Pour ur oil in a long stick frying pan, Add ur scotch bonnet, pour ur onions nd stir, allow it to fry for a little while, after frying, u put ur spices nd stir, after that u pour ur egg into the frying pan, and lower the heat, allow it to cook for a while, and u serve it with ur yam.
