Cut yam into desired shape, fry and set aside.

Add little oil to your sauce pan,stir fry onion and grinded scotch bonnet, add spices and seasonings and make a sauce, crack eggs, add chopped onion and stir very well, reduce flame and add your vegies and fried yam. Mix very well and serve.
