Cooking Instructions

    Pour boiled water into the rice and cover for some minutes. Pour out in a seve to drain. Place a pot on the fire add little vegetable oil allow to heat add your rice and tumeric and stir fry until dry. Then keep aside

    Season your chicken and boil to cook. Remove from stock and fry. Keep aside

    Wash all vegetable and cut. Paboil your sausage and also cut

  4. 4

    Place your pot of stock on the fire, add more water if need be, season and put to boil

  5. 5

    When it's boiled, add the rice and cover to cook

  6. 6

    Place another pot on the fire, add little vegetable oil, allow to heat, add onions and Carrot allow for 2minutes, add green beans, carbbage, sausage and sweet corn allow to fry for 3minuets. Add your beat egg and stir allow to fry then turn off heat.

    Mix the fried vegetables to the cooked rice and serve with the fried chicken
