Peach Jam Swiss Roll Peach Jam Swiss Roll
This cake is also known as pío Nono, jelly roll, or Swiss roll—whatever you call it, it's a rolled sponge cake. I filled mine with peach jam because I had just made some, but you can also use pastry cream, whipped cream with strawberries, dulce de leche, or any kind of jam. It's not hard to make. Fluffy Swiss Rolls Fluffy Swiss Rolls
I made swiss rollsmade with the egg yolk and white separately beaten. It turned out really fluffy and delicious like a chiffon cake.I recommend filling this cake with just cream. It is delicate and fluffy and will lose its taste and texture if filled with fruits. If you prefer to fill this with chunky fillings, I recommend beating the egg whole instead of separating. Milky Cream Swiss Rolls Milky Cream Swiss Rolls
I once tasted cream made with condensed milk, which was deliciously milky. That's why I decided to make these swiss rolls with condensed milk cream.Be careful not to cook the eggs when you are warming. The eggs must be beaten well and the batter must be folded until it becomes glossy. If the batter is not folded enough the cake will be rough and dry, but mixing too much will cause it to become firm like a pound cake. Fluffy and Moist Swiss Rolls Fluffy and Moist Swiss Rolls
I really struggled to put together the ratio or the combination of the cake flour to make this without adding any liquid ingredients. I've finally managed to finalize the recipe after so much trial and error. You might think that the batter will sink if you add the cake flour and use a hand mixer in step 4. Yet, this removes any excess bubbles and makes the sponge really fluffy and airy. Using a spatula takes too much time.If you're not going to flip the sponge over, there is no need to remove the browned surface in step 7. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan

Fluffy Swiss Roll, Whole Egg Version Fluffy Swiss Roll, Whole Egg Version
I finally made a Swiss roll cake without separating the eggs into egg yolk and white that satisfied me I wanted to make it simple just using whipped cream, so I made it carefully, then it was delicious and I am very satisfied.Make sure to warm the eggs. You can also use a double boiler too. Keep mixing the eggs while warming so that it wouldn't harden. Make sure to mix the dough well until it becomes shiny. You will be mixing a lot after adding the flour, so I recommend using low protein cake flour. For one 28x28 baking sheet. Recipe by nyonta cookpad.japan

Yogurt Cream Swiss Roll Yogurt Cream Swiss Roll
I just wanted to come up with a recipe that used drained yogurt. If you're making cream to decorate the outside of the swiss roll, whip it up until it is stiffer than the cream that you spread inside. I recommend low-fat cream.I drained the yogurt down to 70 g from 150 g. Recipe by Akito mama cookpad.japan
