Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cuppeanut butter
  2. 1/2 cupcoconut cream or 1/4 cup coconut oil
  3. 1 tbsagave nectar
  4. 2 tbsChia seeds
  5. 2 cupsgluten free Oats
  6. 1/2 cupcoconut flakes

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together except Oats

  2. 2

    Add in Oats, mix until all Oats are wet

  3. 3

    Pat flat in 10 x 10 baking dish.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate over night

  5. 5

    Cut into 12 pieces and eat
