Ingredients

  • 2/3 cuphoney
  • 2 1/4 cuppeanut butter
  • 4 1/3 cupold fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cupground flax
  • 1/4 cupgolden raisins
  • 1/4 cupraisins
  • 1/4 cupraw sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbspwheat germ

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter 9" x13" pan

  2. 2

    Microwave honey 30 seconds - 1 min

  3. 3

    Blend honey and peanut butter

  4. 4

    Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl

  5. 5

    Mix dry mixture with honey mixture

  6. 6

    Press and flatten in pan

  7. 7

    Cool in refrigerator till stiff

  8. 8

    Cut into 1" x 3" bars
