Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and blend the Tomatoes, peppers and onions to a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Parboil the blended peppers to a thick consistency and set aside.

  3. 3

    Wash your meat thoroughly and cook using curry and thyme.

  4. 4

    When the meat is cooked, drop from heat. Drain the stock from the meat and set aside.

  5. 5

    Place a pot on heat, add vegetable oil enough to fry your meats.

  6. 6

    When done frying the meats, add sliced onions to the heated oil and sauté for some minutes. Add curry and thyme to the oil on fire. It heightens their flavour.

    Pour the pepper mix and cover to cook for some minutes.

    Add the fried Goat meats. Taste for salt and seasoning cubes if needed.

  9. 9

    Add the stock water. Depending on the consistency you need, drop from heat when done.

    Serve with white rice or boiled yam
