Cooking Instructions

First in a pan heat 1tbsp oil.Add roughly chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies.Stir for few minutes.(light Golden)

Add chopped spinach, handful of fenugreek leaves+ coriander leaves + dill leaves (dill leaves is optional.. it's seasonal.I have added.It gives nice flavour).Add sugar too.

Stir and cook for few minutes.(do not cover).Switch off the flame and let it cool.

After cooling blend in blender jar.

Now in a pan heat 2-3 tbsp oil.Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder,and garam masala.Stir quickly.Add tomato puree.Stir well.And cook for few minutes.

Add salt and spinach puree.Mix well. And cook for few minutes.

Add 2 tbsp cream stir well,add paneer and cook for another few minutes.

Delicious Palak paneer is ready.

Note- in a bowl add 1/2 cup warm milk and 1/2 cup warm water.Add paneer cubes in this bowl.To make paneer more softer.
