Ingredients

  1. 1 poundspinach (about 500 grams)
  2. 10 1/2 ouncespaneer (about 300 grams)
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2green chilies
  5. 7-8garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 inchginger
  7. 1/2 teaspooncoriander powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonred chili powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  10. 4-5 tablespoonsbutter
  11. 1 teaspoonoil
  12. Salt to taste

    First, remove the stems from the spinach, wash it thoroughly, and clean it. In a pressure cooker, add spinach, tomato, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilies, and salt. Cook until one whistle. Once cooled, blend into a paste. Cut the paneer into your preferred size, either small or large. Heat a pan, add butter and oil, and once melted, fry the paneer for one minute.

    Add the spices and salt, stir for thirty seconds, then add the spinach paste. Sauté for two minutes, add water as needed, and let it cook for two to three minutes. Turn off the heat.
