I love this igbo meal

I am in love with the meal because I eat like never before when ever I prepare this.

My son loves prawns and likes it less spicy, while I like it spicy. This recipe lets us both enjoy the meal per our tastes.

A few yrs back my first Igbo food was abacha ! My immediate thought was how can something so good only be $1 or n1,000 😳 I loved it so much we went back 3 days in a row after lol. Right away I learned how myself

I food prep this with my snack box containers , so when it came time to set up its was easier everything was already done. I had some leftover what stayed in the containers for lunches .Having a mini salad bar in my refrigerator now is my favorite thing , its so much easier when everything all in one place and saves room in my fridge.

This is one of the most famous dish here on my hometown also one of my favorites because its just easy to cook but pack with meaty goodness. Aside from pork that i used on this recipe you can use chicken or beef. a little trivia "adobo" means to marinate or marinated meat.
