  19. Hot Water
  20. Spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Using your chopping board and knifes, dice your cabbage, carrots and green pepper then pour into a clean bowl. In a small cup mix the mayo and sugar (optional) with a little water, stir until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into your bowl of vegetables and mix together. Cover with a fowl paper and put in a refrigerator.

  2. 2

In a sauce pan, pour in the minced meat, freshly chopped onion and garlic including the spices (depending on the kinds you would want to use) stir the ingredients all together and place the sauce pan on a cooker or stove. Bring to your sauce pan few drops of vegetable oil. Allow to cook for few minutes then take off your sauce pan and pour everything into a clean bowl and allow to cool (make sure the bowl is a lil bit big, so you can mix the couscous with it)

  3. 3

On another separate bowl, pour in the couscous, bring to the bowl the boiling water and pour into the bowl (not too much, just as much as you can use to cook the couscous) close the bowl with a clean cloth.

  4. 4

In pan with a little oil in it, pour in the minced meat and couscous, place on a cooker or stove. Bring to the pan the food color and spices as much as you want. Stir everything together, continue stirring until completely fried. Enjoy.
