Ingredients

  1. carrot, green beans, onion, pepper, ugu, fresh tomatoes, smoked fish, onion, groundnut oil, garlic, curry, thyme, ginger, green pepper, fresh pepper, salt and Maggi

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your vegetables (carrot, green beans, onion, pepper, ugu)

    Dice your carrot, green beans, onion, pepper, fresh tomatoes, ugu

  3. 3

    Wash and pieces your smoked fish into tiny bits

  4. 4

    Get your sauce pan, pour your oil, add onion and fresh tomatoes together to fry.

  5. 5

    After ten minutes, add your ginger, garlic, carrot, Maggie salt, fresh pepper, curry and thyme. Allow to fry.

    Then you add your fish and your green beans, fry a bit add little water, then allow to boil.

    When it's boiling well you add ugu keep on fire for 2 Minutes.

    Put off the cooker. Food is ready to eat with yam or rice.
