Cooking Instructions

Cut the periwinkle with a matchet or stone. Wash thoroughly till clean. Pour boiling water on it to soak well.

Pour red oil into a dry pot. Add chopped onions, blended yellow pepper. Add ginger, garlic, crayfish. Let it dry.

Add the Kpomo (cow skin), dry fish. Add the periwinkle. Add the boiled and blended Irish potato. Stir together.

Add the cubes and salt. Stir fry till properly cooked.

Serve in a bowl, place sliced onions and garden eggs on it. Serve with any drink of your choice.
